Grandparent's Day.

This is a special post, to send a mega kiss to our Grandparents here in the US.
It was GP day here yesterday and we want to say we love all of you very much.
Thanks for everything and, one more time... we wish we could see everybody often. Or, at least more often. =o)

Hi everyone. It has been so long since we last posted.
We have been very busy. Last month it was my Mom, my Dad and my Uncle Tony´s birthday.
Lots to celebrate! We had a super cool party for Daddy, luau style! (above is mommy preparing the watermellon. more pics soon!). For my Mom, the celebrations are still happening! We went to this new place in Fort Worth, it is like the beach. It is like a lake with sand around it. Super cool. (http://www.burgerslake.com/) And we will go to a new place here next Saturday, it is like a city inside the city! Very beautiful. With lots of shops and restaurants, movie theatre, etc. It is called ..... hehehe I forgot now! My Dad, again, made a treasure hunt for my Mom. He gave her a water camera and a blender (she really wanted it). It was not easy (I mean it!) to find the gifts. With about ten clues all over the place, including the bottom of the pool and a bench at the park! Oh boy!!!!!!!!!!!!! =oD Also, my Mom and Dad have been married now for 4 years. They got married on Mom's birthday =o) For Uncle Tonny, well we could not be there, but Bianca made a beautiful card for him, which he can sell on ebay for big bucks when she is a famous artist hahahahahah.
My Mom's former boss Diogo has a daughter named Renatha. We didn't know her, but she was here in August for training with her new company, and we got to meet her. We L.O.V.E.D her! Had such a great time! Please come back soon! =o)

Weekend in LA.

Hi everyone!
What a wonderful weekend we had! We went to visit the family in LA.
Thomas met Papa for the first time. We got to see Aunt Pat and Aunt Susan, which was super cool. Even got some gifts! Thank you! =o) Also, we saw Emmy, Sam and Benet, our cousins. Went to Pappo's house where we got to spend time with GrandMona, visited Aunt Rayna's new place, where Uncle Tony wanted us to beleive that fuschia is the same as pink. And even visited Neil and Donna, where Bianca got to sing a little bit in his DogHouse.
We stayed at Papa's house and he made ice-cream for everybody. It was d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s =o)
We wish we didn't live so far away, so we could see them often. It took us almost 8 hours to get back, but thank God, we made it. Soon we will visit GrandMa and K-Pa in AR. And then, maybe next year, we will visit our family in Brazil. That would be great if there was some kind of transportation that would put us at everyone's house in about 1 hour or so =o)

Hi everybody!
Here is Thomas! I just want to say that I have two teeth now! Uh huuuuuuuuuuuuu. They are about 7 days old or so. I love having them! They are very useful and I look better, I think. =o)

Acidente da Tam.

Nossos mais sinceros votos de paz às famílias dos passageiros e demais vítimas do acidente de ontem, da Tam em Congonhas. Cada vez que se vê um acidente aéreo, a tristeza é tão profunda, que não se pode expressar em palavras. Podemos, sim, dedicar nossas orações, nossos pensamentos às pessoas que estavam no avião, ao piloto e co-piloto, que certamente fizeram o melhor que puderam para evitar isso, às pessoas que morreram no prédio, a todos que presenciaram, que tenham paz, que tenham felicidade onde estão. Que as pessoas envolvidas busquem em Deus a paz necessária para continuar. Força aos que estão trabalhando nos resgates.

Hello everybody!
Today is Monday and we had a wonderful weekend!
Papo, Aunt Rayna and Uncle Tony were here visiting us.
We went to the museum, to the pizzaria, to the ice cream shop and we had A LOT OF FUN in the backyard.
We just loved having them here. We really wish we could see our family more often =o/
Thanks Papo, Aunt Rayna & Uncle Tony for coming, for our gifts, for playing with us and for everything else.
Please come back soon! Hope we get to see GrandMona next time and we miss seeing Papa, too.

This is Thomas. I just want to tell everyone that I can stand up now, can crawl (but still prefer my army style) and I can also sit up all by myself! =o) Cool uh??

... Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro was voted as one of the new 7 Wonders?
... in Rio, last Saturday happened the 'Live Earth' concert?
... also there, this month of July, will be happening the Pan American games?
Yes, we wish we were there =o)

Sweet Thomas.

Today something really beautiful happened.
We were putting Bianca and Thomas to bed, Abram holding Thomas and I was sitting with Bianca reading for her when I waved bye-bye to Thomas, and, so unexpected, he waved back to me. He raised his little hand and closed and opened it twice. Sooooooooooooo cute! He is 8 months old now and this was the first time this has happened. Can't wait for him to do it again. We tried for Abram to see, but he wouldn't do it. Just for Mommy. =o)
Bianca is doing great. She counts her numbers, many times all the way to 10, then she says eleven, thirteen, and lots of teens haha, even in Portuguese sometimes. She says her ABC's (she can say until G, then she kind of sings the letters mixed up), she loves to sing and her favorite TV shows now are: Caillou, It is a big world and she still likes the Doodlbebops a lot. Also, Baby Einstein. Cocorico sometimes now. She loves singing along when her shows are on. She also enjoys a lot her CD that Regiane's aunt gave her, with childrens song in Portuguese. Many times she will lay on the floor and draw (which she loves now) listening to her muk (music).

I am crawling!!! Yeeeeyyy!

Hi everybody, this is Thomas.
Just a quick note to say that I started crawling today!!!! Uh huuuuuuuuuuu! I still do my 'army crawling' a lot, but today, yey, I did it! I am growing! We don´t have a picture yet, but we have some other ones. We went to see Hope today for her birthday. It was a super cool party. Happy birthday, Hope! =O)
My sister fell off (jumping on her bed) and hurt her mouth, but she is fine. She just has bigger lips now.
My Mom is adding some pics. One of me sleeping on my chair, one of me just being normal hauhua and one of her cake that she learned on TV, with Paula Dean. Delicious!

25 months and 7 months!

Hello there!
So, now Bianca is 25 months old and Thomas 7. They are both so beautiful and it is just wonderful watch them play together. Bianca loves laying down close to Thomas and they will play and laugh for a long time. Sometimes though, he will start crying all of a sudden; probably Bianca 'showed him her teeth'. Just yesterday he started to stand up, when he was in his crib. Sooo cute. Bianca and I were in the room and we all started laughing and he was holding on the bars and laughing too. Very very cute. Bianca keeps saying a lot of words and sentences. To me, one of the funniest things she says is 'what?????' when you call her. Like she does not really want to do whatever it is you will tell her, as if she knew you were going to tell her to do something. huahuahauhau.
Anyway, I gotta go now.
